Role Purpose – Responsible for supporting, monitoring, and guiding businesses in planning, executing, and overseeing all Greenfield and Brownfield projects across the organization and Standard updation
Responsibilities
- Align project objectives with business goals and Green book
- Drive adherence to Best practices in project execution, safety, and sustainability.
- Ensure periodic updation of Green book standards
- Support in finalization of Material flow and Layout
- Conduct periodic project audits to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards.
- Track and report deviations, risks, and corrective actions to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvements in project execution methodologies.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions on lessons learned from past projects.
- Develop and implement training programs on project management best practices.
Education Qualifications & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- 12+ years of experience in project management within manufacturing, infrastructure, or industrial domains
- Strong background in managing medium/large-scale Greenfield & Brownfield projects.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, compliance, and risk management in industrial projects.
Functional Competencies
- Expertise in project planning, execution, and governance.
- Strong understanding of cost management, risk assessment, and quality control in projects.
- Familiarity with industry-standard project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in tools like MS Project, Primavera, or other project tracking software.
