Educational Qualification:- Diploma/B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum Years of Experience:- 10-15 years of experience in machine shop like our plant
Nature of Experience:- Preferred from OEMs and Gear Manufacturing Industry
Role: Manager-Mechanical Maintenance
Roles and Responsibilities of the position, including KRAs.
Handling of trouble shooting on Hobbing, Shaping, VMC, Broaching, Grinding, Turning, Klingelnberg face Hobbing, Remaut and Gleason face milling. Handling of Safety activities. Uptime control, Preventive maintenance, Spares, Repairs plan execution, R&M expense control, Improvement activities, CI Saving and support to operations team to achieve production monthly target.
1. To achieve Safety targets
2. Machine shop uptime control
3. Inventory control
4. Expense control
5. Improvement Activity-Kaizens/Jishuken
6. To achieve CI saving targets
7. Preventive/DOS TPM execution
8. To achieve MTBF and MTTR targets
